Benefit of resorting to this pattern is that the client is free from all liabilities and stress and strain emanating out of “Employee and Employer” relationship and is mainly concerned with accomplishment of its jobs through the manpower. Max Corporate Services arranges “The Campus Interview Program” for its own requirements and also brings employers on campus for full-time job and summer internship interviews. The program is one tool to bring employers at your campus and many students utilize the same in their search of first carrier opening and internship.
The Campus Interview Program streamlines the application and first-round interview process for both full-time and internship opportunities with approximately 50 employer participants each year. The majority of campus interviews are held in the campus and we also provide venues as per the requirement of employers. However, the process is highly competitive and used by only certain types of companies
In Campus interviews facility, we help student in making application, resume and make them aware of the job market, induction, written test, online test, interview and job or internship opportunities. While many aspects of the program make the application and interview processes more convenient, it is important to realize that not all students are successful using campus interviews.
